You may cancel your subscription through the payment platform you used or by contacting aiporno.ink support. Payments for the current subscription period are non-refundable unless required by law. You will retain access until the end of the current period.
aiporno.ink reserves the right to apply rate limits to the Service for both free and paid users. This may restrict frequency and volume of requests and can be changed at any time. Exceeding limits may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and keep a valid contact method on file.
aiporno.ink may modify subscription fees at any time, effective at the end of your current billing cycle. You will be notified in advance. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
Except where required by law, paid subscriptions are non-refundable. Special refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at aiporno.ink's discretion.
All feedback You provide to aiporno.ink becomes the property of aiporno.ink or is granted under a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. aiporno.ink is not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Please review their terms and policies.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by You or aiporno.ink. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination. aiporno.ink may assign, transfer, or subcontract its rights or obligations with notice on the website.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee:

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US embargo and are not listed on any US government restricted party list.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
